Is clinophilia necessarily pathological?

Based on the available research and your professional experience, where is the limit between pathology and "laziness" when it comes to this subject?

By "clinophilia", I mean staying in bed all day, as in as in 90% of the day.

I'm particularly interested in your opinion for cases where there are no symptoms besides extreme clinophilia (no signs of depression or schizophrenia etc). Is that even possible in the first place?

Can non-chemical therapies actually help bipolar disorder

Are there non-chemical therapies that can actually really help bipolar type 2 (CBT etc)?

Important note: when I say "really", I'm talking about a response rate (or even a remission rate) similar to medication.

And more generally, how likely is it that a good diet, good sleep habits and exercise can make bipolar 2 liveable without meds?

About 100% free apps...

Do you feel any kind of resentment toward people who release their apps 100% free (no ads, not freemium, completely free)? What I mean by that is: do you see what they do more as a 'public service' or do you think it ruins the market? I've been wondering about this especially since the rise of vibe coding, where there aren't really high stakes for the people who can create apps.

EDIT: since people don't understand: I'm pro free apps. I'm not even a dev...

My question was removed from r/askpsychology I'm not sure why

Is staying in bed that much necessarily pathological / means that something is wrong?

If it’s a normal behaviour, how do psychiatrists tell if someone is actually ill versus just being incredibly lazy?
