Hello everyone 27M here to share my story i hope someone had same thing to give some advice or just tell us about his experience

I have big confidence issue sometimes even simple tasks i lose confidence to do it

And it's affecting my job and my carriere path i always do mistakes and repeat them which made me lose confidence in me in my job and the trust of my teamates and team leaders in me to do the job right Also i feel that in my life i never got something worthy and that what i got all were easy ( i have master degree in Electric eng)

And idk what to do how to get better in my life

I also have porn addicition i'm fighting it over 15 years
