So after about a year of being on temporary disability due to herniated discs and other issues, I figured out a method that gets you connected 99% of the time if done correctly. We all know how extremely difficult and mentally draining it is to call 45 times in a day and not get to speak to someone because the lines are full.

Step 1 : This starts the night before by setting your alarm at 7:50 in the morning. This gives you about five minutes to wake up use the restroom and get your phone ready to dial.

Step 2 : exactly when the time switches from 7:56 to 7:57. You need to dial and call the 1 800 number. And I don’t mean type in the number and dial I mean, have the number ready so all you have to do is press the call button.

Step 3 : once you dial go through all the prompts, type in the 4 digit number, and when it asks what you need press 1 ( input your social and say your name ) it’s gonna be 759 around the time that it says your claim has been processed, etc.

Step 4: once it gives you the option to go back to the main menu, go to the main menu and start to say “representative” the machine will say I’m sorry I don’t understand, say representative again, and then again. By this time it will be around 8:am exactly when the phone lines finally open up and since the computer will already have your name and social it will automatically transfer you to a representative.

Step 5 : you’ll know you did it right if it’s 8am not 8:01 or 8:02 and you hear the machine say (press pound if you’d like to leave a review or something like that) as soon as you press pound it will start playing the music and in 4-5 mins or less you’ll have a LIVE person to speak to.

If your off by more then 30 seconds, the phone lines will fill up completely by 8:01. I did this four times using this method and every single time it worked except for when I woke up a little late and i I dialed at 7:58 instead of 7:57
