Check brake system

Hi, all! I have a 2022 ford explorer XLT with 38k miles.

All day yesterday I Drove it around for various errands with no issues. Later that night I was in line at Wendy’s, firmly pressing the brake when the “check brake systems” message popped up for a few seconds and quickly went away. On the drive home, it again popped on for a few seconds, and then went away. I restarted my car & drove around for 10 minutes including a few hard brakes. It overall feels fine, and message didn’t pop back up . I looked in my ford pass app and it didn’t catch that the code was thrown. & there is nothing lit up on dash

Just two weeks ago my local ford did a tire rotation/oil change and reported brake fluid levels were good and brake pads were in good shape. I Called today and they said since nothing shows up on ford pass, it won’t show up on their reader either. I was advised to drive as usual and call again if anything happens.

Any suggestions? Do these cars sometimes throw false codes? In the year I’ve had the car, I will occasionally get false cross traffic alerts. But never check brake systems. I drive my kids in this car daily so I am worried. TIA!

Hi, all! With my first two children, our living room had carpet- this child (newborn at the moment) we have hardwood. Looking for suggestions on what to use once baby starts crawling/walking/playing. The obvious suggestion is an area rug. However we have gone through two area rugs. One was a washable rug that would never stay put no matter what I tried and ended up just being a huge balled up throw blanket on the floor (also bought two sweepers. Both just sucked up the rug) . The other wasn’t a washable- but turns out with toddlers, you need a washable or they are disgusting despite carpet cleaning!

Right now for tummy time, I’ve been laying out our nugget couch and watching baby there, but eventually she’ll be ready to practice all the baby things, and I’m worried about hard wood being uncomfortable and hinder her milestones such as crawling. anyone’s experience or suggestions welcome! 😊
