Everything I know about clocks I learned today

I realize I know absolutely nothing about clocks. I picked up this little mantle clock pretty cheap at an estate sale. Can anybody help me identify the clock, parts and how to get it working if possible? The mechanical parts are super clean. I can tell it’s cool, I just would like to know how cool is it.
