Let's call this guy mouse... mouse has been always been staring at me creepily and has been predatory to me...

He'll bounce his leg and bit his lips till it turn red sometimes even open his mouth and salivates...idk how else to explain it but very creepy it's been years he's like this and idk...sometimes I'll tell him to stop but he doesn't listen and he has lady friends to I've heard one of them why were you looking at me like this and he mainly plays around with them primarily and makes fun of me and laughs at me...I remembered he came near my face and said I have a mustache...like why is that so important..? Plus if I have a mustache why are you still behaving like this? He would do this to other girls but mostly me and stalk my in the hallways and he'll walk slower anytime he's near me and stare at me predatory like idk...any advice, support or tell me what's going on?!
