I just finally got access to my payoneer, I didnt have any issues with document uploading I had my id verified I think right away when i signed up almost and then was able to connect it to my oneforma without issue. Once I recieved a payment notification it said they were holding my funds due to needing tax documents. that was yesterday. did that, and also messaged support. they responded this morning thanking me for contacting and dealing with the document upload so quickly, and that my document has been sent for final review so I will hear back very soon if anything is needed or, if my funds are deposited. within a few hours, by lunch time i got the email that my funds had been deposited!! so far I have had a pretty good experience with them, but now that i have made my first withdraw im seeing all of these posts about it being horrible. I got the confirmation email saying that my payment has been sent. it said 3 days! when i google it, it says 12-24 hours.

does anyone have any ideas on when i will get it? (it was lunch time today my time I did the withdraw)

if i were you, i would cancel any orders you have with them asap. they are trying to double dip or something i have no idea. I have ordered from them multiple times. today I got a call today from their boss, named 'kyle' being VERY confrontational, and the most unprofessional person i have ever spoken to saying they got a charge back on my order and they no longer have my payment. this person didnt address this in any way i would ever expect a company to address anything, and they called from a number that is from a completely different location then the buisness is located in. it was 3 weeks ago or more I made my order, (on may 22nd) .. my bank is saying there is absolutely nothing on my account that relates to me having made a dispute or that I will be getting back the money from the transaction.

I have looked into it, and spoke with my bank it is looking like this company is trying to get people to send money to them for their orders, claim they got the money taken and expect you to haul out your card and re-pay them right away . I thankfully did not do that. I have asked for proof multiple times that they got a charge back, some kind of reference number or anything. I never got any response about that. when i said i called my bank , this didnt happen they responded ' we are sorry. we will call and apologize, we hope we dont lose you as customer'

hello . i posted a few days ago regarding doing a focus group on the 4th. i know researchers have 21 days or something.
in the study, it says they pay in 48 hours. ive done one before and it was paid in 48 hours. its now been like 4 days or something i still never got paid. i know it was only like 3 other people but, if anyone that did june 4th focus group... did you get paid yet??? im wondering did i put in the wrong code or not put my prolific ID in or something idkk. i messaged researcher with no response.

im from canada. really hoping to find something that is good paying. My first AI position was outlier...that has been interesting to say the least. most recently. that pay was greaaaat but the whole company is a mess to work for. I really hope to find something similar again. my other jobs pay once a month. i reallllly need at least bi weekly

hello im wondering, i have a payment on my dashboard finally. it says in payment? what does that mean? i have my paypal set up. its only a small payment. also, i have a notification about something along the lines of i need to review the payment and then one that says i need to sign a sow. when i click the notification it does nothing.

I had a rejection for a gpu study.

II thought I was just too over worked and missed something, or the whole instructions. Which NEVER EVER happens, if I feel myself getting tired I'll log off for that reason exactly. They first replied, saying " I literally didn't read the instructions"

Then they replied a day later saying that they messed up, and the instructions weren't very clear, I think they may not of been there at all. But none the less it was unrejected yaaaay
