I need to install irrigation for backyard with such-40 PVC pipes above the ground. The area gets 8 to 10 hours direct sun light in May to September. Do I need to spay uv-resist top coat to pretext the pipe? If not, how long it will last based on your experience?

Update: with all the comments, I am going to try using Rust-Oleum 302151 Universal All Surface Clear Topcoat Spray. The product detail says ‘UV-resistant’

The vein is in its second year growth in my backyard and I plan to prune it in coming winter. I am new to grow grape and need some help here to decide which method is optimal for Chardonnay, Spur pruning or Cane pruning? Many thanks.
