Any way to get this buckle off without popping the stitches?

Trying to replace this buckle with a different style and dont want to pop the stitches on the straps loop. Any ideas?

Military patrolling the AZ/Mexico border during deer hunt

I'm not sure what type of helicopter this is, but we got a few flyovers while deer hunting in Southern AZ near the border this passed fall. I am assuming this is a military helicopter assisting the border patrol.

Replacement buckles

Does anybody know where i can find the buckles in the 1st pic to replace the buckles style in the 2nd pic. These buckles are terrible, especially when I want to use the sides to strap down a rifle or tripod.

Can anyone identify this ID?

Dude was knocking on my door and the neighbor said he followed me in through the neighbor and was taking pics of my truck. Im assuming process server for a traffic ticket or something.
