Experience with medication to increase blood pressure?

Pretty much what's in the title! I had my first cardiologist appointment with a doctor that specialises in disautonomy and she prescribed me medication to increase blood pressure. Anyone tried it and felt improvements?

Rekindling friendship: bad idea?

For context, I had an ugly falling out with my best friend in 2018. We both did ugly things, and we were toxic to each other, so at the time I ended it because it was becoming unbearably for me. After that we had some periods where we had to interact (she was dating a friend of mine) but we never returned to the same level of friendship. In 2021 (they had already broken up) I ended it definitely after seeing the same toxic attitudes she had displayed before.

However, lately I've been finding myself missing her like crazy. I realised after our falling out I haven't been able to form strong friendships like before. I really miss the good part of what we used to have.

I've been thinking about messaging her, but I have my doubts. I did a lot of therapy and healed a lot in me. However I have some reasons to believe she maybe is still the same person and that scares me. Still some part of my feels like it wants to try anyway?

Any advice?

I was diagnosed and put on antipsychotics when I ended up in the ER with a mixed episode with a lot of suicidal ideation plus agitation. I finally feel like myself. However, since one week ago I have been taking the meds from another lab because my usual lab was out of stock, and I am once again feeling extremely agitated, with a lot of rage and thoughts of violence/suicide. Is it possible changing the brand of the medication affects it's bioavailability or something like that? Should I always take the same brand? I'm scared as I don't want to end up in the ER again

I was finally diagnosed with being on the bipolar spectrum and put on antipsychotics after a hypomaniac / mixed episode where I got dangerously suicidal and agitated and ended up in the ER. It genuinely saved my life, both because it regulated my episodes and because I was struggling with an eating disorder and it greatly improved it.

But... the sedative effect ruins my mornings. I take it at night, usually 3 hours before bed time, but it's half life is so big that in the morning I have a huge difficulty getting out of bed, which also affects my mood negatively because I feel like i keep wasting my days, to the point where sometimes I start getting depressed and feeling some rage... anyone have any tips?

Hi all!

For context, I sang in various coral groups when I was a child and had a beautiful natural vibrato on my voice. Jump to me at 28 years old, I've been having singing lessons for a year and while I see improvements, I cannot get any vibrato whatsoever...

Are there any tips / exercises I can do to understand how to get vibrato when singing?

Thanks!
