What is the best energy/carb mix?

Hi! I'm looking for a carb/energy mix containing electrolytes that has a tart/punchy/sour flavor. I have this mix I bought for too much money, and I really dislike the flavor of it. I figure if I'm going to invest in buying carb mix bulk, I want something that tastes bomb af. Does anyone have any suggestions for their favorites (doesn't have to be sour, I just like sour things so I thought if that exists, Ill prob love it).

Has anyone here had a femoral neck stress reaction (no fracture line)? I’m just looking to hear about others’ experiences—what recovery looked like for you, whether you used cross-training, or if crutches were involved.

Hey, wondering if anyone has had this injury (femoral neck stress reaction with no fracture line) and what your timeline looked like. I'm specifically interested in what you did or if you did XT-ing, and if you spent time on crutches. Any personal experiences you could share would be appreciated!!

Wondering if anyone has had a femoral neck stress reaction without a visible fracture line and what the healing time ended up looking like for you. Could you tell me if you offload on crutches/for how long, what kinds of cross training did you do and when, did you always have awareness in the area or was it 0/10 pain before progressing, what's your top tip/how'd you stay sane during this time period. Just recovered from a freak ligament tear and got this femoral injury right as I finally finished my return to run....so frusturating. ;(

Any advice/suggestions is much appreciated!!
