I used my wheelchair

I don’t typically use my wheelchair, some of my family really dislike it thinking im just not doing enough or that im gonna get muscle atrophy or whatever. I know the risks when using it. But i went to the mall the other day, and i brought it. I simply would not have been able to walk around the mall without it. Even with my crutches. I dont just use it for my pots, i have chronic pain too, balance issues, knee issues.
But i decided i simply would have to cancel or use it, so i did. No matter what anyone thought. And it was great, i got some blisters on my thumbes now that hurt a bit but thats ok. I was able to wheel and talk, which im unable to do while walking, i didnt have to take many breaks, and i simply… just was having fun. Not having to think about all of the symptoms rushing through my body that happen while i stand. While the wheelchair is only second hand and isnt very practical it helped so much. I think im gonna start using it more often. Hills are a problem, but itll have to do. I heard someone say that you dont fantasize about using a wheelchair unless you need. And i think that helped a lot. But what people say still get in my head yknow? I want to stop pushing myself past my limits. I want to accommodate myself. I want to live.

How passing do i look in this

I redid my tape, it came out a lot flatter this time like i said it was wonky in my last photos tho i did take those down not for any particular reason just did. I took the advice to wear a bigger shirt. And i have been prescribed t just havent taken the first dose yet. I still like my clothes and ill still wear them just hopefully my fat redistributes
Update
Someone suggested losing weight, and trust me i would, but i am unable to work out, maybe ill get there one day but thats just not an option for me at the moment. And a calorie deficit would just make things worse 🥲

Any tips on the mens loo?

Thank you to everyone who commented on my last post. Does anyone have any tips or anything about going into the mens restroom. I cant stand to pee but i have a crutch anyway and need to sit. So i think that will give me an advantage there. But i know nothing about mens etiquette in there. And if someone ask me why im in the mens, what do you think i should do?

Should i use the mens loo?

This isnt a question on whether it would make me feel good. Im asking do I pass can i go into the men loo in a genuine form. I have been getting called bud, sir, man, dude, straight to my face out in public. Ive been getting even weirder stares when i walk into the women’s restroom. My voice isnt that deep, im not on testosterone, but soon im going to be. But i am able to make a pretty decent “male voice” because i have voice training. I dont know why so much hair grows on my face but it does, and i think its making people confused. No one has come up to me with questions or concerns but im worried it will happen. I live in a very conservative area and i dont think people take my existence lightly. So yeah, do i pass, or do you think i should wait till im on HRT?

People with moderate to severe what are we doing?

I have moderate to severe pots, and my cardiologists and PT doctors are all out of appointment spots right now and are booking so far out.
I cant even stand for more than ten minutes at a time.
I currently use arm crutches and a wheelchair (looking for and affordable Rollator) for multiple reasons. My heart rate doesnt just spike. I have constant almost debilitating fatigue all over my body, constant moderate to severe chronic pain, balance issues, place in space issues, a whole slew of things.
Right now my crutches are becoming hard to use, they dont hold me up as much as they did before, im constantly having to stand there with the dizziness and fatigue practically clinging to my crutch to hold me up. But heres the thing, i have carpal tunnel. And my wrists hurt like hell. I felt that a wheelchair would be easier, i cant walk long distances with my crutches anyways. But again, carpal tunnel and fatigue. My arms and wrists get so fatigued that i have to stop using the wheels for minutes at a time just to catch myself back up.
I do t know what to do anymore. I only use the scooter things inside of stores, otherwise im rushing back to my car to sit down, or just laying down in the isle where i stand.
Everything is so hard to do these days. I would appreciate advice, i cant put all my medical information down here but its a lot, and they conflict each other when i find what could be a solution.
As well do you find that anything helps when you have a pots episode? What fo yours look like?
Heres the basics, carpal tunnel, suspected HEDs, Pots, seizures, tardive dyskinesia, tremors, and more.
Any advice is appreciated.
