Is 5/7 courses considered full time for osap ?

I have 5 blocked ECE. Courses
I already completed COM and the required elective
So I will be taking 5 courses each says 3 unit each
I’m confused cause Seneca says 66% and osap says 60% how does that work ?

My husband and I had a huge fight about money, family, and feeling unsupported

I need outside perspective because I’m feeling really confused and hurt.
My husband and I have been together for 12 years, and before this fight I genuinely felt like things were I guess getting good between us. I didn’t go into the conversation wanting to argue.
The fight started because of finances. He is working, but he hasn’t been getting paid yet from his boss . I understand that he is trying and that some things are out of his control. His brother also owes him money, which has made things more stressful.
My mom has been helping us financially, emotionally and everything that has to do with my kids ,even though she has her own struggles and lost my brother / her son so young too . She has helped because she cares about us and doesn’t want to see us struggling. She told me to show my husband our and hers maxed out credit cards and explain how much help she has been giving. I can’t have a good night sleep cause of the financials.
I did that because I wanted him to understand the seriousness of our situation. I wasn’t trying to shame him or say he isn’t trying. I was trying to show that even when my mom doesn’t have much, she still gives what she can to help us.
Instead, he felt attacked. He said I was threatening him with my mom and that my mom has a lot to say.
Then he brought up his mom and said she can’t talk either and that she has a lot to say. That upset me because I wasn’t talking about his mom. I was talking about the support my mom has provided to us. I felt like the conversation was being turned into a comparison between our families. How did his mom have anything to do with this. I was shocked!
I responded that his mom has never helped us financially or supported us in that way, or even helped with the kids she’s done zero so this conversation has nothing to do with her at all and that the reason I brought up my mom was because she has been the one stepping in and helping us when we needed it. I wasn’t trying to disrespect his mom; I was trying to explain why I felt hurt that my mom’s help was being treated like an attack instead of being appreciated.
He said I always talk about money, but we have bills and two kids. I’m not bringing up money because I want to fightI bring it up because it affects our family and I need us to work as a team. I want him to ask, “What’s due? How can we manage this? What can I do?” Every time I bring up financials he becomes defensive. Frank he doesn’t provided stability financially at all it’s always been my parents stepping in to save us. No appreciation on his side either. He gets mad if I even bring it up then brings his mom who hasn’t done anything. Everything is with my mom we also lost my brother to a bad accident he died in his twenties. Instead of him stepping up , we had to take care of him in every way even after loosing my little brother. I’m so exhausted. I’m grieving and I have the worst marriage and unappreciative and unsupportive husband ever .
The argument got really bad. We both said hurtful things. I know I have a short fuse and I’m not perfect, but I’m tired of always being the one who reaches out and tries to fix everything.
I want a relationship where I feel loved, supported, cared for, and where we can have hard conversations without tearing each other down.
Now I’m questioning everything. Did I make things worse by involving my mom? Was he just feeling attacked because he’s stressed? Or am I realizing there is a bigger pattern here?
How do you know if a relationship is just going through a difficult time or if the way you communicate is the actual problem? Many people have told me that he failed us especially when my brother passed and instead of stepping up , being a man , he brought more chaos and stress for my family. I can see that now. I’m so tired of this marriage. He always says I’m the problem I’m the drama I always talk about money and calls me money lover when he is the one who can’t be a man and provide stability. He also says I only love money it doesn’t make sense because he doesn’t even have money or stability. Me and my family have always taken care of the financials. He’s very delusional. He’s also been on and off with jobs for years. Also I have been in school for 4 years and just graduated while he chose to just be jobless on and off instead of providing stability. I took care of us financially for most of the marriage with part time job while doing school. I just feel so unappreciated 😭. To Add I have also ended up on heart medication diagnosed with a heart condition because of so much stress. I’m only 34 and my heart is under to much pressure because of my life. He doesn’t even care he says that I only care about myself and my health and I love myself too much that I run and get help I don’t get it am I suppose to ignore my heart illness and get a heart attack and die. I don’t understand his brain . I’m 34 and I could care less about my health it’s only
Because of my kids I’m taking care of it and caring .Everything is so heartless with him. He’s a POS. I really am so hurt and broken by this marriage and him.

Urgent Osap still not calculated

My OSAP application has been stuck in “Processing” since May 5. The date keeps updating, but there hasn’t been any actual progress. What confuses me is that other students at the same school who applied after me have already received their funding calculations. I do have one document that’s still pending approval, but that doesn’t seem to explain it because I’ve seen many other applicants with pending documents who have already had their applications calculated.
I thought applications were processed in date order, but it’s now been 8 weeks and 3 days with no calculation at all. Do you have any idea what could be causing my application to remain uncalculated?

Anyone waiting on documents. Private career college

It’s been 10* plus weeks waiting on Marriage and kids Birth certificate to be approved. On May 5 just got my signature and spousal approved. Don’t they check everything at once. I’m so confused. Ministry has to check them but .. like why don’t they just do each application once and process everything at once

For anyone still waiting on documents to be approved. I know about a few who submitted the documents in December and are just getting approved now. The later you submitted documents the later you are behind the line. For them it took about 4 months and 10 days to be exact. Hope this helps
