I received this email today from the Lyra team:

>"Your account has been temporarily suspended due to a compliance flag. Our team will need some time to review this info... Nothing needed from your end right now."

I'm honestly confused because I haven't knowingly violated any policies.

Some context:

• I do not use a VPN.
• I hadn't received any previous warnings about quality or compliance.

The email says they'll update me by the end of their business day, so I'm trying not to panic, but I'd like to know if anyone else has received this exact "compliance flag" email and what the outcome was.

Was your account restored after review? If so, how long did it take, and did they ever tell you what triggered the flag?

I'm new to the Marble Transcription project, so I'm still figuring out how it works.

I just joined, but I'm seeing "No tasks available." . Is this normal? How are task batches usually released? Do tasks come at specific times, or do they appear randomly throughout the day?

Also, are tasks generally available most of the time, or is it common to wait several days between batches?

I'd appreciate any insights from people who've worked on this project. Thanks!

I received an invitation for the Marble Transcription Project (Bengali - Bangladesh) from RWS. I submitted the interest form and completed the required ID verification and compliance steps.

The email mentioned an expected start date of July 6, but I haven't received any further updates regarding the qualification, onboarding, or project access.

I completed my financial information setup in Welocalize (Workday) and started working. I added my Bangladesh bank account for local bank transfer (BDT) and submitted everything.

Now I’m confused about how to confirm if everything is actually set correctly.

In Workday, I don’t see any detailed bank information.

• How can I check if my bank account is fully approved/active for payments?
• Will I be able to see the bank details somewhere (Workday )?
• For Bangladesh users, does the money come directly to the bank or through any intermediate wallet?

Would really appreciate if someone who has gone through this can explain the exact steps or what I should expect after submitting financial info.
