Reservations @ Restaurants? Solo Travel

Hi everyone, I’m coming to visit for a few days in two weeks and I haven’t made any lunch or dinner reservations. It’s just going to be myself - am I outta luck if I wanted to go to some of the more popular restaurants (e.g., Cru)?

If I can and it’s available/present, I’d prefer to sit at the bar if that helps.

Also happy to take any recommendations! Excited to visit.

Anyone late 20s/early 30s listen to Sombr?

I fear I’m too old to go to his concert tonight at Red Rocks 😂 seeing so much stuff on social media and most people seem to be in their late teens or early 20s

If you’re a contract employee on assignment to a specific sponsor, are you allowed to make that public and/or engage with posts from that sponsor?

The Muse - Transportation

Hi folks -

I’m going to the muse for a concert and I’m staying at the faraway nantucket. I’m not renting a car for my trip, just relying on Uber.

Is it safe to walk from the faraway nantucket to the muse and back? Or should I bike? Or should it be fine to rely on uber for this? Price is not a concern.

Thanks in advance!

Using Different Card @ Check-In Than Reservation

Hi folks,

Planning a trip to Boston in August and I’m looking to book the non-refundable option with Hilton (charges my card at checkout) using my debit card as my limit on my credit card isn’t high enough to cover the cost of the stay.

My bank informed me they are replacing my debit card in 2-3 weeks due to security concerns. If I book my reservation now and Hilton charges my debit card, will it be an issue if I use my credit card at check-in for any incidentals, etc.? I won’t have my original debit card by that time to show at the front desk since my bank will void it and I’ll have a new debit card.
