The demon tongue restores the hp lost due to disintigration, but that hp loss still counts for the enemy turn, which leads to you not taking any damage, as long as you don't play any block cards
I've been playing lego island 2, but the game really doesn't like it when it runs at 180 Hz, so I've tried to limit the frame rate of my monitor. First I tried setting the windows framerate to 60, but that's still too high for the game, but the windows option box doesn't give me an option below 60Hz.
The next thing I tried is using fraps recording to limit the framerate to 30, but this comes with two problems;
Is there a way to limit the framerate that is not the windows options menu or the nvidia control panel? Because whenever I try to google something like this, I only get that as a solution, but they both don't work below 60Hz.

Fraps paywalls its full recording software behind the premium version, so I have to restart the recording every 30s for it to keep working. This is the bigger of the two issues
This creates a recording, which I then have to delete.
