Hi, this started happening today. Seems like when the chair is in relaxed mode, the metal plate pops out of the bolt. It goes back in if I lie back. It creates the popping sound in the video. Kind of annoying. I tried googling the issue, tightened all the bolts I could find, but nothing really worked. Pretty sure the chair brand is "Orust HRU" although I have bought it quite a while ago so I don't remember.

Anything I can do to fix it?
