Workers came over to install things now the house is tainted and evil

We had something installed today, the workers were nice, I hid away for the whole process and it went well

But tell me why my brain won't let me sleep in the bedroom NEXT to that room now? It still feels evil and unsafe

I'm sleeping on my couch, back destruction be damned

I feel like a territorial animal over this or something. I don't want ANYONE in my house, this is my cave... Jesus himself could walk in and I'd tell him to gtfo

I'm looking into Tgel for the future, but I am nonbinary and interested in taking a lower dose to have finer control over changes, then stop once I get the permanent changes I want (voice drop mainly).

The Tgel available to me is in individual packets that have a higher dose than I will likely want to use, about 3-4x the dose. What is available to me is very limited, and I seriously struggle with needles.

Has anybody used part of a packet like that, and has any tips for storing the rest so it doesn't degrade? Or should I try to decant it into a bottle with a pump or something? I can't afford for it to be ruined, either...

The misandry isn't real thing is all a bit nuts. Is there going to be an official mod statement on the issue?

Not feeling all that great about it as a transmasc enby. There aren't a lot of autism subs left that I feel safe in because of that and how many allow AI.

Edit: don't misgender me in the comments please. I've just had someone say "this is how I know trans men are men, because they say shit like this." I am not a man or a woman, I've said I'm nonbinary in my post.

Edit 2: banned for "brigading" lol. They linked a comment where I had taken a screenshot of a mod saying "Ok misandry still isn't real" to me on this sub and posted it as a reply to comments on this sub. It never even left the sub...

Hi, I have hyperthyroidism, and I've had it for many years. It can be quite severe and variable.

I've been tracking my calories the entire time. I see how my weight responds and try to eat more or less accordingly. It stops me from getting too ill by not eating enough, and it's easier to notice changes that I then tell my doctor about.

I saw that this app changes your intake based on how your weight responds. How good have people found it? Is there anyone here with a similar metabolic disorder, OR people who have a very variable expenditure who find it responsive?

It would be ideal for me if it could respond to bigger changes within 3 days - 1 week without some kind of algorithm writing it off as an outlier. I can go from 1700 calories to 4000 when my medication is changed and my body responds badly. Another tool would really help.
