How to get official delay information email from kiwi/ wizz air
My flight got delayed for several hours which caused me to miss my connection flight. I am trying to get an email from the airline or kiwi about the delay and how I missed my connection flight so that I can claim from my insurance.
I tried contacting kiwi and their customer service agent just ignored my request (literally not replying at all). I then tried getting the email from wizz but there is no way to do it as the delay was only about 2 hour long and there was no way to get the email as anything less than 3 hours is not qualified for a claim on the wizz website.
Have anyone gotten an email confirmation of the delay? And how can I get the email? Thank you for the help!
