Problem with velocity on higher register on Nord stage ex.

Hello! I'm currently having a problem with a Nord stage Ex compact a bandmate lent me for some shows. It feels like the higher on the register you play the quieter it sounds and the less dynamic range it has. In fact, from F5 onwards the loudest dynamics I can play are almost as quiet as the softest dynamics on the lower register. This happens mostly on pianos and electric pianos.

I don't think the problem is on the action itself, since I tried using another keyboard with midi to play the nord sounds and I ran into the same problem.

I tried looking for an option to adjust the sensitivity across different octaves but it doesn't look like it has one (or at least I couldn't find it).

At this point I'm just assuming the samples may not be very good since it's a pretty old keyboard.

Is there anything else I could try?

How do you come up with casual conversation themes?

Hello everybody! I'm really bad at coming up themes to start conversations, either in person or in social media.
I always think that no matter what i say to initiate a chat it's gonna be awkward for the other person and end up not talking to anybody.
Sorry if it's badly explained, english is not my first lenguage!
