Free day and need creative ideas

My birthday (Gen X) is coming up as well as almost a year of living on my own after divorce. Please help me brainstorm ideas of ways to spend the day!

I will see family another day so it will just be me. I thought about a day trip but have been traveling recently. Now that I have the time, I'm struggling to come up with ideas.

Looking for anyone who negotiated a non standard financial settlement.

My lawyer is big on getting everything finalized now, equitable distribution is mainly house and retirement. I have a smallish pension, he has the bulk of retirement in his 401k.

He does not want to sell the house and probably doesn't want to refi. I want the money out but care less if my name is still on it. Could I ask for the house equity to be paid now by his retirement. Then give him next year to determine sale and take "retirement" in form of house equity by end of next year?

Dating advice

I'm going through a gray divorce, amicable, separated over a year. I've been dating a guy for 6 months. Consistent, kind, funny, good sex but zero overnights. We had a nice Valentines dinner out and hiked a park one time. Two months ago, I let him know I wanted someone to do stuff with, not just meet for dinner and sex.

He planned one nice night out after that, dinner and movie next to my place. I've suggested meeting out at a local park to walk more than once, an event with my friends, and coming to my book club, and he avoids them. He did go to dinner with my friends once and I've met his friends and family. We talk about the future and he has made some subtle comments about seeing this as long term. I'm supposed to go away with him for a long weekend soon but we've literally never spent more than 5 hours together.

This is a red flag, isn't it? Because my thought is either enjoy the low effort for what it is or end it. I never had great dating skills to begin with and they are super rusty after 25 years. Please help!
