








Sellers remorse? Or genuine?
Hi, I’ve just had a bit of a weird situation with a seller. I bought an item from her and she had told me she could only ship items on Mondays and Fridays. After she didn’t ship on the Monday or the Friday, I asked if she needed an extension to ship the item. She then told me that the item was shipped but had not updated yet. Then, she manually updated it, and but then cancelled it. She is still adamant that she shipped the item but says she has no tracking receipt and that the tracking wouldn’t update on vinted so she had to cancel. I don’t get how this is possible. She’s really friendly but I’ve just never had this happen. Even when I sell items, if I manually update the tracking, it always works. I don’t get how she could even cancel an order that was shipped or how she wouldn’t get a tracking receipt with Royal mail of all couriers??? Has this ever happened to anyone else? Is it likely she just did not ship it? thanks everyone
