I was humiliated Infront of my colleagues at the time and the person was a pig.

I just signed up to a hospitality agency - did all the paperwork, onboarding process, because I couldn't find work for a few weeks. Then of course, I get a great full job job offer.

Should I just apologise to the agency?

I actually got like 3 job offers at the same time, typical (as I was about to start with the agency)
