I am M27, height is 5.6 and weight 75
Plan:
Diet:
Breakfast: 1 roti and 2 omelette
Lunch: 200 gram chicken with boiled rice
Dinner: 1 roti with salan (not oily)
Exercise:
Weightlifting: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
10k steps: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
How much fat loss can i expect per week or per month with this plan?
