How are you steering LLMs to write human-quality copy ?

I'm having difficulty steering Opus 4.7 and GPT 5.5 to write quality human readable copy. Everything sounds like an LLM wrote it. I've tried using tropes.md as well as my own custom prompting with no luck.

My agents consistently output strange copy and sentence structure.

Has anyone found techniques that work well?

How are you prompting Claude to write long-form copy in a human voice?

Claude does a pretty good job at writing intelligent copy when I ask it to change a specific paragraph. However, when instructed to write long form copy it gets super verbose and weird. Using Opus 4.7. This happens with gpt 5.5 as well.

The models get the general topic and flow correct but they continue to structure sentences in a strange way…that is clearly robotic.

Ie it might write a title like “what Claude code is and how software is changing” instead of a more human digestible title like “Claude Code is changing how software gets built”

I’m aware of Tropes.md but it’s still not working well for me…maybe a slight improvement.

Has anyone found techniques that work consistently?

Is anyone actually going to buy SpaceX IPO?

It seems like the entire thing is set up to pump and dump, leaving retail investors with the bag.

\- Low share float
\- Last minute merger without any oversight
\- No one uses Grok/xAI. They are burning cash and this is destructive to the core business (Starlink)
\- Insane valuation for even the most speculative growth investors
\- Intense competition and insane Capex required to actually grow the core business
\- Unlike Tesla, Elon has essentially permanent voting control over the company leaving no corporate governance

Am I missing something or are the degens this dumb?

With Claude Code, is Shopify even worth it anymore?

For the moderate to advanced technically competent, enterprising individual launching or growing a DTC brand today, is using Shopify even worth it?

Why not just create your own with Claude Code, building on top of Stripe?

If Shopify brought you customers - like Amazon or other marketplaces - then I would understand but they are basically a SaaS vendor that extracts a processing fee on every sale...

With a custom solution you avoid Shopify lock-in, can build custom solutions tailored specific to your needs, and lower costs.

May be too high risk for existing stores but what about new brands or those looking to migrate from a legacy platform?

Has anyone who has achieved some sense of scale done this yet?
