Pharmacy selection

Does brightmeds allow Pharmacy selection. I see that for the summer special they have Southend but when I emailed I have been told that pharmacy selection is not guaranteed.

I understand based on the state you live in & if a particular chosen pharmacy is allowed to dispense in that state. But need pharmacy selection considering we all react differently to different pharmacies.

I see that have Southend for the summer special - what other pharmacies do they have?

41M | 6'1" | 287 lbs | TT 277 | Free T 4.3 – Continue losing weight or consider TRT?

Looking for opinions before making a long-term decision.

  • Current weight: 287 lbs (started at 350 lbs, down ~63 lbs)
  • Body fat was measured at ~52% when I weighed 297 lbs about a month ago, so it's likely somewhat lower now.
  • I've been on Zepbound for almost 7 months and am still actively losing weight.
  • I strength train 2-3 times per week.

Symptoms (these existed before Zepbound):

  • Low energy
  • Low libido
  • Difficulty building muscle
  • Very slow recovery from strength training, especially lower-body workouts (my legs stay sore for several days)

Sleep: Zepbound has caused significant insomnia, so my sleep hasn't been great. However, my testosterone was already in the low 300s before starting Zepbound, and the recovery issues have been present for years.

Testosterone history:

  • 12/2024: TT 308 | Free T 5.1 | SHBG 25
  • 11/2025: TT 341 | Free T 5.5 | SHBG 28
  • 07/2026: TT 277 | Free T 4.3 (below reference range) | SHBG 31

Other recent labs: HbA1c 5.6%, Glucose 88, Insulin 8.7, Vitamin D 46, TSH 1.53.

I know my next step is getting additional labs (LH, FSH, prolactin, estradiol, etc.) to determine whether this is primary or secondary hypogonadism before making any treatment decisions.

My questions:

  1. Based on my history, symptoms, and labs, would you continue focusing on weight loss first, or start seriously considering TRT?
  2. Has anyone been in a similar situation and seen their testosterone improve after losing more weight?
  3. If I decide to pursue TRT, which telehealth clinic would you recommend based on your experience?

Thanks in advance for any advice or experiences.

What's your go-to breakfast at home vs. on the go while on Zepbound?

I'm looking for some new breakfast ideas and was curious what everyone else eats while on Zepbound.

What do you usually have:

  • At home when you have time to make breakfast?
  • On the go when you're rushing to work or don't have time to cook?

If it's something you buy (Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Costco, Trader Joe's, etc.), what's your favorite order? If it's homemade, what's your go-to meal?

My go-to has been the Starbucks Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap with a Venti decaf latte with almond milk. It's been my breakfast for most of my Zepbound journey and keeps me full. I'm just looking to switch things up and see what everyone else is enjoying.

Thanks!

LillyDirect Self-Pay Journey: Does the price reset after missing the 45-day window twice? (Conflicting CS info)

Hello everyone,

I am looking for firsthand experiences regarding the LillyDirect (GiftHealth) 45-day refill policy for Zepbound doses 7.5mg to 15mg.

I called customer service today, and the agent told me something that contradicts what I’ve read on this sub. She stated that if you miss the 45-day deadline twice, the price stays at the regular cash rate permanently and never resets, even if your future orders are within the 45-day window.

However, I've seen posts here claiming the price does reset once you buy a full-price box and get back on the 45-day schedule.

For those who have actually gone through this:

  1. Is the grace period one-time per calendar year, or truly one-time for life?
  2. Has anyone missed the deadline twice, paid full price, and had the discount reset for subsequent orders? Or is the penalty actually permanent?

Appreciate any insights from your experiences!
