Those who had an infant/toddler who would eat anything and everything, did that continue into their older years? Or did the pickiness set in once they became more aware of what you were giving them?

PS. Looking to follow people who are also documenting their solids journey on instagram! Please share your handle so I can get some inspiration :)
We are soon going to be travelling with our then 9.5 month old to Europe (Spain, Paris, Rome, Florence) for a few weeks and really taking any and all suggestions for how to make it easier and more enjoyable!
Some more context:
- Packing 1 single large suitcase for the 3 of us
- Diapers, wipes and formula will be purchased there
- We’re well into the solids journey and he no longer enjoys purées or pouches
- Cribs have been reserved for the hotels and we’re bringing our slumberpod
- Bringing our travel stroller (Bugaboo Butterfly 2) and carrier
- Currently doesn’t have any toys that are really travel friendly. Most are teethers or silicon shapes that would easily get lost on the plane. Any suggestions would be great
- We have travelled with him a few times before by plane but of course, he’s much more active now. We depart right at his bedtime
- Grilled cheese that I felt slightly less guilty about because it’s on homemade bread
- Banana yogurt with blackberries
- Stewed eggplant and tomato
- Orange with cottage cheese and basil
- Banana pancakes with sautéed banana/cinnamon/butter
- Chicken meatballs (used more savoury spices in the breakfast version)
New favourite combo - threw it back in record time 😅
- Chicken meatballs
- Herby brothy beans and tofu
- Cottage cheese and blackberries
- Watermelon
- Butter fried egg and green onion
- Banana yogurt mixed with peanut butter, topped with bananas
- Nectarine and blackberries
No crumb left behind - we’re going to go broke buying organic eggs and blackberries 😂
- Roasted veggies: carrot, squash, onion, tomato, peas, zucchini
- Chicken meatballs
- Banana yogurt with blueberry puree and banana
\- Soft boiled egg
\- Cinnamon and butter sautéed peaches

First time trying shrimp and not a crumb left behind!
- Butter and garlic shrimp (got chopped up after)

\- Turkey and carrot meatballs with marinara dad made

\- Cottage cheese (because fav)
\- Mediterranean orzo (feta, tomato, olives, onion)
My boy is 8.5 months old and we’ve been doing breakfast and dinner but lately he’s been showing interest in what I’m eating for lunch. I made this grilled chicken parm (Wishbone Kitchen) and he ended up eating more than me! 😅
- French omelette
- Tomato with olive oil and basil
- Blueberry and coconut chia pudding, topped with yogurt and blackberries
- Creamy mushroom orzo (his fav)
- Butter stewed zucchini, sweet potato, butternut squash, onion, peas, garlic and tomato
- Cottage cheese with blueberries and basil
- Grilled chicken
8.5 months - few pieces of chicken left but he took care of the rest!
