I booked a honeymoon to Zanzibar for 10 days with a layover in Doha for 5 days with Qatar Airways in September but my flights have been cancelled.
I’ve seen Emirates offer flights to Zanzibar but was wondering if anyone has had cancellations or rebooking with them as of recent for September time?
And do you suggest layover in Abu Dhabi or Dubai instead before flying home to Manchester?
Any help would be appreciated,

My honeymoon flights to Zanzibar and 5 day layover in Doha from the 1st - 15th September.
They cancelled my flight from Manchester to Zanzibar and Zanzibar to Doha but kept the flight from Doha to Manchester.
The airline is saying I can rebook but weirdly all flights still go from Manchester to Doha so not sure why they cancelled mine. They are then saying using an African airline from Doha to Zanzibar with 2 stops and 20+ hour flying which I do not want to do
Was just wondering if anyone has experienced similar cancellations and what they’re doing for it?
I’m thinking maybe waiting to see if situations changed and direct flights are back on through Doha with 1 stop or getting the refund and rebooking with either Turkish airlines, Etihad or Emirates.
