I made this GMV using the 'Star Descent' OST because I love it. I hope you like it!
Stellar Blade reminds me in some ways of Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and X
Hello everyone! I'm new here, I've played for less than two hours and I'm really loving it.
As a fan of the Xenoblade series, I couldn't help but notice certain aesthetic and conceptual parallels that thrilled me.
Eve physically reminds me of Pneuma (because of her hairstyle and ponytail) and Mythra (because of the color palette and that "celestial warrior" aesthetic).
I'm dying to see if later on I'll encounter areas that have the vibe of the ruined city of Morytha, the war-torn wastelands of Temperantia, or the space technology of Radamanthus/First Low Orbit Station.
I know I might be totally biased because I'm a Xenoblade fan, and I'm aware that they're very different games, but it was so exciting that Stellar Blade brought back these memories in my first few hours.
I'd like to know, are there any other Xenoblade fans here who felt this same sense of familiarity?
For those who haven't played Xenoblade... if you Google images of the locations I mentioned above, do you see the resemblance to the game's aesthetic?
By the way, I really liked the "Star Descent" OST.
Ps: Pls no spoilers
This event represents many things that are wrong with this game.
I'll be honest, I hate this event. I usually play Classic mode for fun, and ever since this particular event came out, it's made me detest the game. Basically, people who usually play competitive have switched to Classic mode to try and complete this event, so not only is it full of tryhards in a mode that's supposed to be casual, but the toxicity is through the roof. I've lost count of how many toxic people I've encountered, and all I can think when I see them is that they must be incredibly frustrated and stressed from all the attempts they've made trying to climb the ranks in this awful event. I'm not even interested in this event because of its gameplay, but I'm suffering collateral damage because of the state of the community trying to complete it. What are your opinions on this event?
Does Omen Moon offer higher FPS? Has anyone compared it to Omen Gaming Hub?
I have an HP Victus 16 s1023dx. In Omen Gaming Hub, I use the maximum performance settings, and the optimizer gives me a gain of about 10-15 FPS compared to having it disabled (in addition to slightly improving stability). I've seen many comments saying that Omen Gaming Hub is terrible and consumes too many resources, and they recommend Omen Moon instead. I've searched for videos on YouTube but haven't found anything about Omen Moon.
