Space needed for clinic

Hello everyone,

My friend is looking out for a space (preferably a 2/3 bhk independent house) to open a rehabilitation centre/occupational therapy clinic for children affected with Autism in Rewa.

Ideal area of place should be greater than 500 sq ft. Desired location should be easily accessible and well connected to main road or near centrally located popular areas like Sirmour Chowk, Nehru Nagar, Civil Lines, etc.

If there is any such place in your knowledge or locality, please DM me

Blinkit conned me

Context
I ordered something from blinkit worth 611, realised my mistake and cancelled within seconds, team initiated refund as a promocode. When I tried to apply the promocode they said it can’t be redeemed as the promocode has surpassed one month time window.

My question is how can they put a timeline on my money. First of all they did not gave me an option to take it back on my account and gave it as a promocode and then put a time limit on its usage.

What can I do now? I am want them to go down as this is so unfair

Edit 1- Deleted my account from blinkit, have pledged along with my family to never ever use it again

Edit 2- Some Blinkit employees lurking in the sub are trying to justify the unfair practises of blinkit, blaming it all on me, you just can not gaslight the agony and ply of customers, no matter how much you are paid for that.

If Blinkit had invested half as much effort into fixing broken policies and respecting customer money as it seems to invest in reputation management, this conversation wouldn’t even exist.

Shame on this company and those who are trying to gaslight the very customers who are bringing food to their plates. SHAME

Contestants unbiased analysis

My opinions so far:

Pamela – Absolutely loving her vibe and the energy she’s bringing to the show. I genuinely thought she’d be a complete turn-off, but she’s turned out to have amazing screen presence.

Chamola – Putting the divorce angle aside, I’m actually liking her personality. She takes a stand on the right things, walks away from discussions she doesn’t agree with, and usually makes valid points.

Sufi – I wasn’t a fan before because of their content, but this show completely changed my opinion. They make sensible arguments and have one of the most balanced perspectives despite being among the younger contestants.

Laila - I had this image of him that he is very crass and uncivilised but I love how he is in the show, trying to understand different perspective and embracing new things. Entertaining for sure

Ram – A people pleaser who gets flattered way too easily. A perfect example that maturity doesn’t necessarily come with age.

Harshad – Emotionally too vulnerable for a reality show. At this point, he’s unintentionally making a clown of himself, but he genuinely seems like a good human being.

Shivangi – Seems like a kind-hearted person who stands up for her people, but I don’t think she has the personality for reality TV.

Dheeraj – Had the potential to be a great contestant, but he’s become too image-conscious and looks completely lost.

Yogesh – Strong, opinionated, and a good player. He sometimes loses focus because of Akanksha, but I like that he calls out her problematic behaviour in private instead of performing for the cameras.

Akanksha – Rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. Gives major attention-seeker vibes.

Madhuri – A very smart player. She’s getting plenty of screen time by staying close to Shreya, avoiding direct fights, and rarely saying anything outright. “Na kahu se dosti, na kahu se bair.”

Sunita – I’d love to see more of her. Feels quite lost at the moment.

Riyaz – Barely seen him.

Shreya – The moment she comes on screen, she instantly irritates me. She rage-baits like no one else. She comes across as extremely vindictive and willing to go to any extent. For me, she’s been the hardest contestant to watch.
Absolutely classless, vile and witch of a woman. You bully someone to their core, but the moment they stand up to you, you start crying and play the victim.

Shilpa – Feels like she’s already crossed so many lines that nothing seems to bother her anymore. Why the hell was she crying over food bro you have done absolute worst to people in real life

Law Graduate with Loan Servicing Experience & 2-Year Career Gap – How Do I Break Into AML/KYC & Compliance?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some career advice from people working in AML, KYC, compliance, financial crime, or related fields.

My background:

  • Law graduate (India)
  • Around 1 year of experience in loan servicing and asset servicing
  • Currently have a career gap of about 2 years
  • Interested in building a long-term career in AML/KYC, compliance, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, or regulatory compliance

I'm trying to understand the most practical way to break into the industry. Many job postings ask for prior AML/KYC experience, which makes it difficult to know where to start.

A few questions:

  1. Given my background, which compliance-related roles should I target first?
  2. What courses or certifications would genuinely improve my chances of landing an entry-level AML/KYC/compliance role?
  3. Is ACAMS worth pursuing for someone without a job, or are there more affordable alternatives that employers respect?
  4. How do hiring managers view career gaps in this field, and what's the best way to address one?
  5. If you were starting over today with a law degree and my profile, what would your roadmap look like?

I'm looking for practical, job-oriented advice rather than just collecting certificates. Any guidance, success stories, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
