I’m new to gym and I couldn’t afford Personal Training.
I’m okay to buy the cult or any other gym pass if someone can help me initial 2-3 months to understand on forms and right way of doing the exercise. In case if you are already going and feel like can help me I can Join you in the same time so that it will help me. Asking this here since I couldn’t afford PT fee.
