Taken a couple hours apart, really scared something is wrong

Had a tooth extraction this four days in still in a little pain and swelling

Dose those look healthy after I a tooth extraction a few days ago my anxiety is huge rn please help

Got my tooth extracted on Wednesday. It’s now Saturday. It’s white and a bit black and red too hoping it’s normal

I’m very scared of getting ds and was wondering what the early warning signs are
