Is there an app/website/online platform for Arabs/muslims interested in a lavender marriage? If not, how could one meet people interested in a lavender marriage?

Looking into apartments at the Highlands of Chevy Chase on Wisconsin Ave by Friendship Heights metro station, and some units are Wisconsin Ave-facing.
I know they have double pane windows which seem to reduce the noise, but I am wondering if anyone has had any experience living in these units? how noisy are they, especially in the bedrooms?
Or if anyone lived on Wiscosin Ave in general and can provide insight that would be great.
