Reintegration of injured traumatized survivor
How is that supposed to work when a kid suddenly needs services just to be at school but is expected to only need services temporarily? How do you do it when a student needs something between homebound and full inclusion?
Say a student was attacked in a nearby city and could have but didn't die. After a time, their injuries are stable enough they can travel to school. Structurally, what happens at the school? Who all is involved doing what?
I was a little kid and just remember bits about how it was for me. The testing the first couple days. Limited hours. Pull out so I didn't get overwhelmed by too much class at a time. Some things different specifically because of my injuries. But I don't know how it worked or even if I'm in the right place to ask.

Flower blossom pin
Athelas/kingsfoil flower from LotR for hope and healing. And the blue beads came from a broken necklace my (late) great-aunt, a very strong woman, gave me so to me it's also an emblem of strength and remembrance.
2in flower of plastic faceted beads (blue) and large glass seed beads (green and golden). Peyote stitch and little circles. All attached to a 1in round base. Been a long time since I've done stitched beading, but I just love this piece.

Rebuilding society?
Myths about the world being destroyed and remade/rebuilt are legion. What I'd really like to hear about is stories/legends/myths about rebuilding society, social order, the world of interaction of people or otherwise thinking creatures. I don't know where to start or what to look up to get such tales. Does anything come to mind?
