- 1+ year of B2B cold calling or outbound sales experience

- Experience with VOIP tools (we provide the account)

- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, decent headset

I'm looking for a part-time outbound sales caller to help us reach our first 100 customers. This is long-term ongoing work, not a one-off gig. We want someone we can grow with.

What you'll do daily:

- Make 80-100 outbound calls per shift using our pre-researched lead list

- Use our script and objection-handling guide (full training provided)

- Goal of every call: get permission to send our 2-minute demo video. NOT to close the sale. The founder closes via async demo afterward.

- Log every call in a Google Sheet (provided)

- Send a daily 5-minute screen recording with 2-3 actual call recordings and any common objections you heard

Requirements:

- Strong, clear English with a neutral or North American accent (very important — our customers are tradespeople in Canada and the US who hang up quickly on unclear calls)

- 2+ years of B2B cold calling or outbound sales experience

- Experience with VOIP tools (we provide the account)

- Comfortable with Google Sheets and screen recording tools

- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, quality headset

- 4-5 hours per day available, Monday to Friday, between 9 PM and 5 AM Manila Time (this is 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time in North America)

- B2B outbound experience (NOT real estate, NOT insurance, NOT MLM)

Compensation:

- $5 USD per hour base for experienced callers, $3-4 USD per hour for less experienced (paid weekly via Wise or PayPal)

- $2 bonus per qualified lead (real business owner, real contact info, agreed to receive demo)

- $20 bonus per paid customer who signs up from your lead

- $10 retention bonus when that customer stays 60+ days

A motivated caller with strong conversion typically earns $6-9/hr effective rate including bonuses.
