I decided to do an Albany Washington. I tried to keep it clean and simple. Have the burgundy Chameleon Paint with some White/Purple flip 7/5 rims. I slammed it down as far as allowed. Forgot to remove my radar b4 taking the screenshot.

I can't figure out how to get the game to update or something to get rid of this Halloween filter. I know that they have disabled it because my pc edition doesn't have it anymore. Does anyone know anything about how to do something to fix it. I have checked for updates, but it says that there isn't any. Have had enough of this filter to be honest. I need help bad.

Curious if anyone has an up-to-date guide or just simply the knowhow to install both of these graphic mods. I am having issues understanding how to use codewalker or how to use open iv for enhanced. Zenhanced doesn't work on my pc or something either. I have all of the newest mod updates.
