Tie clip AND waistcoat?!!
Guys, I'm afraid the fraud allegations are true. Alastor really is a fraud and this screenshot proves it.
You can clearly see him wearing both a tie clip and a waistcoat at the same time. You're never supposed to wear both at the same time because the waistcoat already holds the tie in place, so the tie clip is unnecessary. It's a major fashion faux pas and anyone who knows their shit about menswear knows this. This canonically CONFIRMS the fraudlastor allegations.
