Does any one have experience and /or recommendations for a company, that’s not ADT, that does installation of residential CCTV cameras?
We have a 6 year old HIK camera CCTV that was installed by ADT but the NVR (? name) is outdated and now we can’t go back and replay videos from past events.
We don’t think a swap of the NVR will work, and we want to update to newer cameras anyway.

Anyone else watching Grant Smith Ellis this week? Jessica Hyde is a Fed witness in the Sandra Birchmore case/Matthew Farwell trial.
So, was Ms. Hyde a double agent? Was her (slightly to moderate) obnoxious testimony style on cross in KR Trial #2 all an act?
Holy moly if the answer is yes, and wow, the Farwell trial is going to be a trip!
On way back from road trip to AL (not driving rn :).
On the way there last week, we noticed the Waze map stayed on Fairfax County as far as Rockville, VA/ I81.
Doing the same thing tonight on the way back.
Anyone else having problems with Waze map keeping up with your actual location and progress when coming from or to Fairfax County?

I reached 10% weight loss.
Big deal for me, because this is what I tried to do on my own for the year before I started Zepbound. Now, after 3 months, I’ve achieved this goal, and I can feel the benefits.
Better sleep, more energy, joints don’t ache anymore, better concentration, clothes starting to feel loose, able to fit into some of my favorite clothes that I hung on to even though I’ve been too big for them for 8 years.
Keep you going, everyone! This journey is so worth it!

Happiness today is being able to comfortably fit into the smaller size t shirt I bought at the U.S. Capitol while we toured yesterday!
P.S. I was 9 yo during the last big celebration (the Spirit of 76)!
Checking in to share that I’m 8 weeks in, on .5mg dose, and down 20.2 pounds!
Feeling like the food noise is no longer a daily struggle, and amazed at how much mental energy that was taking up before being on Zepbound.
My loss is slow and steady, about 2.5 pounds per week, and I’m working on being satisfied with that rate, as I know from my prior experience losing with Weight Watchers, that’s how my body responds; a few pounds down, plateau, a few pounds down, rinse and repeat.
I have my 3 month check up with my PCP (prescribing Doc) in a few weeks and on my 59th birthday. My goal is to reach a loss of 10% of my starting weight by then, and I believe I’ll be able to do that. And that feels awesome and such an accomplishment!
Just finished my first three weeks on Zepbound (3 shots @ 2.5 mg) and I think this med is changing my life in a great way!
I’m down 6.2 pounds.
I don’t obsess about food all day and into the night.
I have a sense of calm and peace.
I am sleeping better.
I have more energy.
I am able to concentrate more at work.
I was able to wear a pair of jeans I love that I haven’t been able to get past my hips for two years.
My face looks thinner and I feel like I look younger.
I had hope for my retirement years- about three years away- that they will be fun and not as painful (arthritis) as the past five years have been.
Is it really possible this med can do all of this?
I just took my first 5 mg shot. Will see how I do on the increased dose.
