Female hypergamy is the reason hiring is so shit

Think about it.
Most recruiters and people that work in HR are women, and they’re biologically wired to be hypergamous and always look for the best candidate when it comes to dating. I don’t think it’s far fetched to say they have the same mindset when it comes to reviewing applications for internships and jobs. Why would they date their looksmatch when 6’5 deadbeat chad is willing to give them attention and pump and dump them? Similarly why would they look at the guy from a state school with a 3.5, when there’s probably an applicant with a 4.0 from an Ivy league.

I have failed

My freshman year has been a complete failure. Over the course of two semesters I wasn't able to find any friends, and the people that I did meet and made an attempt to hang out with have friends that they like better and would rather hang out with instead of with me. Additionally, my long distance girlfriend that I've been with since my senior year of high school wasn't able to transfer here for next fall due to an issue with her transcript not sending, which means another semester of being alone (if she doesn't break up with me before then). To make things worse, I got 2 Bs this semester which brought my gpa down to a 3.76, which will probably stop me from getting into engineering honors. This entire year has been nothing but stressful and miserable because of my lack of friends. I wish my girlfriend went to a&m, I wish I wasn't so socially inept and awful at making friends, I wish I was smarter, and I wish I wasn't so revolting to people.

> Method: A representative sample of 2,703 Spanish adolescents was carried out in public and private secondary schools, with an age range of 14 to 20 years old (M = 15.89; SD = 1.29). Results: Males maintain more hostile, benevolent and ambivalent sexist beliefs compared to females. Sexual experience (both coital and non-coital) is linked to a greater degree of hostile and benevolent sexist beliefs, but only within the male group.

Why do you guys think this is the case? I thought men were lonely because they were misogynistic and hated women?

Howdy,

I'm from Texas but I'll be in Reno during the summer for research, and I was wondering if there's anything interesting to see or do in Reno during the summer. Also am I likely to face any racism if I'm not white/white passing.

Thank you
