I’m unsure how to finish the base and need to add some final highlights.

Not great by any means but I’m attempting at doing a more Grimdark style. I need to work a lot on my glow effects it just seems like I can’t recreate any of the results I see. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Not the prettiest sculpting work but I was going for more of a titanfall chaingun look.
