It's mainly because Oda has a certain goal in mind. He knows what he wants Strawhats as end characters like ussop. He knows what Ussop should be when he meets his dad and what changes might occur to him. But he can't write between that. Till those strawhats reach thier dreams they are kinda stagnant which is why he chooses more side characters so as to make up for that.
This exact thing makes us have less focuss on strawhats and inturn affects crews own interactions we see.
I have caught up to the manga but I will pretend that I haven't. So wasn't Nami raised by Belemere , then why is she with brook in his flashback ?
Oda is pretty much going on the unexpected route, we can't really say that certain fights have to happen due to narrative.
The most recent example is Sanji vs Sommers. Every sign pointed towards that happening. We were more sure about Sanji vs Sommers than whether Luffy vs Imu would be 1v1 or 1v2 with Loki.
But right now we have Killingham vs Sanji being built up. This makes me think BBs chances have gone down.
I thought it was an absolute indicator. Is Imu not using acoc ? Why the bl indicators not thick now? Where did the no touch go ?
Imu says it's something that lurks within everything. Which is similar to Haki and Voice of all Things.
If Devil Fruits can posses non living things and give it life why can't the fruits themselves have life ? What if a Devil Fruit without being eaten by anything posses a will to interfere with things ?
The initial fruits remained free and those which had God fruits decided to transform into said gods and perform their own roles.
Thus Luffy has essentially eaten the Sun God itself for his power.
Gunko in base was already faster than Gaban who's quite fast. She is also string enough to beat Jimbie and Brook all by herself.
I have been saying this for a while but with the Omen Flames being revealed it makes more sense. This God's Knight likely also has some history with Law and thus Law too is gonna get involved in finding this guy.
There are two options- Either he is completely knew character like Harald or some Old Gen Character like Roger or Shiki.
Holy knights get covenant boost, Regeneration and Omen Flames boost. If u give this many powerup to an Admiral or a yc1 level person they would have beaten the Yonkos without too much trouble.
And this doesn't even include the boost Gorosei lvl covennat gives.

Luffy was getting weaker while fighting Kaido. As Luffy fought Kaido more and more he was basically getting balanced by the fighting strain and injuries, and the powerups he got from there.
Eg- Base Luffy with acoc was beating Kaido, but then after coming back from the fall he couldn't even beat base Kaido with g4. Similarly, Luffy in g5 was initially dominating Kaido but with time got weak enough that Kaido was getting good hits on him.
Thus the Luffy at the end of Wano is far more stronger than Kaido. Thus, is around Lokis lvl.
This is bound to happen. Zoro and Sanji who are injured are gonna fight Boosted Killngham and Sommers. They would be given full mastery of acoc.
Luffy is gonna be fighting Imu, thus he needs something to help him. It's likely gonna be that Loki in hybrid supports Luffy in fight till Luffy gets his Haki even stronger or some high level of his df.
It's a strategic move and has decent logic behind it.
Lack of Ragnir- In hybrid form Loki becomes bigger as seen when he was holding Harald like a toy. Thus he wouldn't be able to use Ragnir which was previously able to freeze GunkoIMU.
Lokis increased size also makes it difficult to hit Imu. While Imu is bigger than normal humans, if Loki goes hybrid that makes him far bigger than an ancient giant.
Thus, hybrid would have its own downside.
No one ever lands a black flash. Would Yuji become a top tier ? Can Sukuna even be defeated?
Sukuna in Hein Era was born with Copy. What changes in the story ? Can he find an external storage shikigami like Rika with his ce ?
