Hello all! I am trying to figure out the name of this movie based on a few minutes that I watched.

Scene(s):

A navy or coast guard ship is approached by a mysterious boat that doesn't show on the ship's radar. The captain at first orders his men to aim at it, but then tells one man to go investigate. The man goes on a small boat to the other ship and finds that everything is covered in dust, so it's been abandoned for a while. He goes into a room and finds the crew (presumably dead) with burlap bags over their heads. He reaches to take a bag off (end scene that I saw). The movie looked modern, maybe late 2000s-2020s.
