If I loaned my wife $30,000 and she paid it back in 6 months, are there any tax implications?

Will I have to fill out a gift tax form during tax time, and she too when she repays it back

Will this be looked at as a loan?

Does immutable interest come into play here? Or do I not need to worry about that

Curious as to the value of this lot? Should I be aware of anything before I post them locally

Most games have intact books / maps

Nvidia blah blah blah they’re incredibly profitable.

But if there was an unspoken rule, that we aren’t going to invest based off balance sheets or income statements.. wouldn’t everything be essentially a pump and dump scheme and a speculative investment?

I guess what I’m saying, is if people didn’t have an expextation that hordes would follow good fundamentals.. what is stopping public funding from drying up on the excellent companies?

Is it just because of the tradition that *good companies are attractive?*
