brain fog relief when swimming

hey everyone! the past 9-10 months i’ve been dealing with pretty severe brain fog that has really taken a toll on me. i cant think straight and always feel incredibly anxious because of it. im currently going into my senior year and the only relief of this fog is when i swim. as soon as i dive into the water i feel like myself again. the one thing this experience has taught me is to never take the moments of normalcy or feeling of being “yourself” for granted. i urge you all to just step back and be grateful for your health. if anyone has any type of recommendation or advice as to what could be causing this “fog”, i’d really appreciate it. have a great day!

absolutely lost/frustrated

hey everyone. i’ve been dealing with awful brain fog, cold hands, ocd and other symptoms i’ve honestly just endured like anxiety the past 7-8 months. i got blood work done which revealed my ferritin to be a 28 (which i guess is normal????) , b12 to be a 511 (also normal) and vitamin d to be a 24 (which i guess is low) 🫩the past 5-6 months i have constantly been taking ferrous sulfate (2x a day), vitamin b12 (2x a day), vitamin c (1x a day), vitamin d3 (1x a day) and have recently incorporated b complex. i am still experiencing the brain fog and am pretty defeated as its incredibly overwhelming. my doctor says that my ferritin was low which is why he put me on the ferrous sulfate but i obviously haven’t seen much of an improvement at all. does anyone have any advice or suggestions? im sorry if this is incredibly confusing or doesnt make any sense but im desperate at this point. thank you all.

Brain Fog

Hey everyone! Around 3-4 months ago I got blood work done for symptoms like brain fog and cold hands. As of June 29th the fog is not as constant but is still lingering during random times. I take Ferrous Sulfate pills (iron), Vitamin B12 pills, Vitamin C and D. Has anyone had any similar experiences or recommendations? I really am just frustrated with this fog. Thank you

is this james lu video something i should actually take into account hoping for a 1200?

hey everyone, i was just wondering if this technique or strategy going into the june 6th sat was actually a useful and reliable strategy for me to use with the goal of scoring a 1200 or higher. basically, he suggests that you skip the hardest questions and not to worry so much about completing all questions especially in module 2. any thoughts?
