Thoughts on Hexplate Changes?

Thoughts on Hexplate Changes?

Hecarim wasnt good with hexplate because of wasted attack speed. Seems more favorable now, especially since axiom has been a good item on Hec recently but with it being nerfed. I think it’s still around 20% attack speed as base but I don’t think that’s a huge deal of wasted stats.

Gluttonous greaves + stormraiders + endless hunger buff + axiom arc (buff if you go full assassin) + phase rush removed (bad on bruiser/tank) + maybe voltaic??

Not saying that bruiser is horrible but I can only see bruiser being good into mostly melees by going conqueror with spear/bc into endless (or something similar) since phase rush dead and stornraiders only good on assassin (to proc consistently)

Also, even though stormraiders is good on assassin, is it even worth going (unless all squishy) bc its probably hard to proc sometimes considering hecarim doesn't have too much burst (aside from E+Q) and is more DPS assassin. Also another niche thing is maybe fleet + voltaic (voltaic now procs energized) but ik thats kinda troll, maybe for fun build.

I’m American born Chinese but I’ve always spoken English. I would say my English is very fluent (maybe even above average, not in a bragging way), and my Chinese is fluent pronunciation wise, because I speak it at home, but my overall chinese vocabulary is maybe the same level as a 8 year old (so can converse fine but hard to understand movies and such)

So essentially: English good but Chinese kinda bad. Yet I’ve had a lot of people notice I have a very faint Chinese accent (from online calls and whatnot). Anyone else had this happen to them? Maybe in the opposite way or with a different language, where learning a new language impacts your native one?

For me, some phrases are hard to pronounce fast without sounding like I have an accent (no specific ones but you probably get what I mean)

I know normal ward hops used to be super bad but now its fixed (for the most part). But after spending quite a while in the practice tool, ward buffering (ward + flash + W) feels super hard to pull off unless you delay the W hop, unlike the normal ward hop which is instant.

For me, the buffering works maybe 50% of the time. Is it just my mechanics or does anybody else have this problem?
