your subconscious mind is VERY protective over the identity you already have. so when you jump from feeling unwanted to affirming “they’re obsessed with me and blowing up my phone 24/7” while staring at no contact… your brain sees it as unsafe or fake. and instead of calming you, it actually puts you into more lack.
this is why forcing robotic affirmations sometimes makes people spiral more.
you CANT scream over your subconscious. you have to soften the story first.
that’s also why i personally love layered subliminals/frequencies so much because when affirmations are underneath relaxing audio, your conscious mind isn’t sitting there arguing with every sentence. the affirmations bypass all that resistance while your nervous system stays calm.
but even with conscious affirming, the trick is creating a bridge instead of forcing yourself into a reality your brain fully rejects.

hey lovess💖 i’ve been seeing sooo many questions about SP manifestation, free will, doubts, subliminals etc so i just wanted to clear a few things up 🥰
first of all, free will is absolutely real. manifestation isn’t about forcing someone to choose you. it’s more about shifting YOUR energy, your sc, confidence, self love, calmness etc and naturally attracting the best version of them towards you. sometimes it even turns out better than what you originally wanted.
and for everyone stressing about no contact… no, it does not ruin anything 😭 your SP can still feel your energy even if you guys aren’t talking. people randomly start thinking about you, missing you, feeling drawn to you, wanting to reach out etc. the universe literally creates situations and movement in ways you don’t even expect.

hey, i’m making this post because i feel like a lot of people struggle with this (especially when it feels like nothing is working) so let me explain it in a simple way💗
your self concept is just how you see yourself, and your 3d is your reality.
your 3d literally reflects your self concept, so if deep down you feel like you’re not chosen, things don’t work out for you, or you always get hurt, then yeah… the 3d is gonna show you exactly that.
butt here’s where everyone gets confused. you start working on your self concept, you affirm, you feel better… and then the 3d shows the COMPLETE opposite and you’re like ??? what is going on 😭 but it doesn’t mean it’s not working. it’s just old beliefs playing out.
your 3d is kinda delayed… it’s showing your past mindset, not your current one. so what do you do? you stop reacting to everything in the 3d like it’s the final truth, and you stay consistent with your new identity.
forr examplee: i am chosen. i am secure. things always work out for me.
andd also if you struggle with overthinking or staying consistent, subliminals actually help a lot. they basically repeat affirmations to your subconscious (usually under music), so you don’t have to force it all the time, it helps replace old beliefs faster, and your new self concept starts feeling more natural. so yeah the main thing is you don’t chase the result, you become the version of you who already has it, and your 3d will catch up💗

one thing i’ve realized is that manifestations don’t always come instantly or through the “logical” route you expect
i had a VERY old ex randomly text me recently. and when i say old, i mean old 😭 like when i was a kid we didn’t even have phone numbers back then. he’s blocked on all my socials too insta,fb ,everything.
what shocked me is that he somehow found one of my public accounts that barely anyone knows about. the username isn’t even similar to my real name and the account itself is not famous at all. there was genuinely no obvious pathway for him to find me.
honestly there’s no real purpose to it at this point in my life, like we’re not aligned anymore and i don’t even feel emotionally attached to the situation anymore. but it still made me pause a bit because it’s like… it happened again
and it reminded me of something important:
if an assumption is deeply impressed into your subconscious, reality can bridge the gap in ways you could never predict.
i’ve always had this quiet belief that people (especially exes) i’ve had connections with always come back eventually. and over the years… every singlee ex has come back in some form 😭

soo many of you have asked me how to affirm and how to stay persistent too and i’ll try to explain is in a very simple way
affirming and persisting is basically how you train your mind to stay aligned with what you want, instead of reacting to what you currently see.
no. 1 how to affirm
affirming means you repeatedly tell yourself what you want is already true.
keep it simple and also in present tense
don’t overthink or force emotion
just repeat it naturally throughout your day
like for example:
“i already have it”
“everything is working out for me”
“it’s already done”
no.2 how to persist
persisting means staying mentally committed to your affirmation even if your current reality doesn’t match yet.
don’t react emotionally to the 3D
don’t change your belief based on what you see
gently return to your assumption every time you drift
andd how to do it easily
for beginners i will say 1–3 affirmations like (don’t overload yourself)
repeat them in small moments during the day
make it part of your background thoughts, not a task
how to keep yourself in check
ask: “am i thinking from my desire or from what i’m seeing?”
if it’s fear or doubt, just switch back to your affirmation
don’t check results constantly, it breaks your focus
the whole point is simple: keep returning to your chosen story until it becomes your default mindset

the 3d is literally old assumptions playing out. old news. temporary. i stopped giving every little thing meaning because i realized i was the one deciding what was true for me
also i really need people to stop thinking they need to manifest PERFECTLY.
you do not need to be positive all the time
you do not need to fully detach
you do not need to never have doubts again
butt you just need to stop going back to the old story every time something in the 3d doesn’t go your way
affirmations, subliminals, visualization etc are just tools to help you stay in the state of already having what you want. personally subliminals helped me the most with staying regulated mentally because they kept me from constantly spiraling and checking the 3d every five minutes
once i stopped putting manifestation on a pedestal and actually started trusting myself more, everything became so much easier mentally
persisting stopped feeling like forcing reality and started feeling like simply reminding myself who i already am
