3 months, met his friends (all so nice), he was married. i feek soooo stupid.
The part thats bothering me is that people keep saying "the info is public, you shouldve just looked it up" i did and when i did simple google search nothing came up so i trusted him, what more can i do.
Idk is there actually a real way tocheck if he is married. I am tired of wastimg my time with these liars.

i know marriage is suposed to be public i think at least. but i cant figure out where they actuall are. is there anywhere i can check for this just to let my mind be at ease? Ik im probably just being paranoid, but would rather know than keep worrying.

met this guy online dating. Texted for 2 weeks and realized he was a catfishAll the advice assumes a fake profile with stolen model photos. That's clearly not happening now w/AI and deep fakes. The people I've talked to who seemed weird had normal photos, normal amounts of them, and would text for weeks.

I've now tried four sites that advertise a free background check. Every one of them did the same thing: ran a fake-looking progress bar, told me it found 7 records, then asked for money to see any of them.
One of them signed me up for a subscription I had to email twice to cancel.
So is there a genuinely free option, or is "free background check" just a phrase that means nothing at this point? I'm not trying to get a private investigator report on someone, I just want to know if there's anythingcrazy before I meet him.
