I'm in need of a newer used car and I really want my next vehicle to be white. I found a 2024 with 67K mi. so it's outside warranty. It will be parked outside in very intense sun/high temps. Are people having problems with the paint peeling off? AI said 'yes'. I don't know the extent of this though. Is it just a chance or more of a likely problem? It sounds like it's impossible to get the dealerships to repaint once outside the warranty? Thanks!

I am mid-50s with two young daughters. I invested in funds for about 21 years and did not feel like I saw even 5% gains meaningful gains but I did not know how to track it other than amount in and amount out (at least the last 15 yrs were Vanguard S&P 500 fund). Now due to my age, I do not want to invest in the stock market. I am very risk-adverse. I might need the money at any time but that is true for probably any single parent. I have my emergency fund and savings earning about 4.5% through a high yield savings account. This money was earmarked to buy a better home in all cash. I began working for myself a few years ago and do not feel it is entirely predictable yet so I do not want a mortgage or car loan or any debt. Should I look into bonds or CDs? Thank you!

I thought it would be helpful to provide actual facts and clear up inconsistencies. There are incomplete or inaccurate claims in the recent media coverage. I was hoping to take questions from anyone who is unsure how to process the legal aspects of the prenup, divorce, asset distribution, etc cetera.

Let me preface by saying I get really really shaken up and feel very threatened when people who don't even know me or even my close friends express disdain at the fact that my almost 4 yr. old daughter is not in "school yet" (ie, $17K/yr preschool). Literally people I don't even know have been harassing me about why my daughter isn't in school yet... since she was barely 2 years old. I have not fully told anyone that I'm going to homeschool and yet I'm getting harassed about my daughter who's only 3-1/2 yrs old now. From her pediatrician to literally neighbors and acquaintances. My daughter still pees in her sleep sometimes so can anyone please recommend a truly waterproof mattress cover? Hoping it's not loud crinkly noises or making the sheet slide around too much. Just truly waterproof not just water-resistant. Thank you! 😊

All I really care about is that it's GreenGuard Certified and under $300. Anyone know if Brooklyn Bedding or Kin by Tuft & Needle is the more comfortable option? Thank you!
