Cracked floor tiles in bathroom of house I’m thinking of buying

Hi. Looking at a house in Florida and in the primary bath there is a hairline crack that runs across the floor through several tiles. We just did a remote showing and my realtor said it’s not gaping and there’s no separation or uneven surface. There’s also a crack through the tiles along “lip” on the shower. So the part that the shower door connects to. Not the floor but like the threshold.

Are these cause for concern and/or something an inspector will look at?

Thanks.

God I hate Fort Condor

lol. I’m playing for the first time during a dude quest in are birth. I never understood it in Remake and Rebirth gave terrible instructions so I’m just winging it. It moves so slowly yet the timer runs out too fast. And I don’t understand how to aim attacks. Any tips? I just want to win do I can complete the side quest and move on.

In the Nintendo app I see you can share and download auto build designs. Does this just work with friends/people you know or are there user designs out there that can be downloaded? I’m not great at building but would love to try out some of the cool builds I see online. Thanks!

Anyone have tips for taking out large groups of enemies? I do fine with one or two but struggle with camps where there are several. I’ve tried bombs and fusing fire plants to arrows. That works ok. Thought I’d try shock tonight. Oh I’ve also used muddle bud on groups and that definitely helps. Any other ideas? Thanks!

Hi. I’m very confused about how zonaite and zonai charges work. I’m about 50 hours in and haven’t done much building at all. Only when necessary. I never use any of the zonai devices. I’m confused by what to do with everything and don’t know where to begin. I know you can trade charges in for something and there are the gotcha machines. But the tutorial for all this was at the very beginning of the game and it confused the hell out of me and I forgot what little I did understand. lol. Can anyone explain how it all works? And how you increase battery life? Thanks!

▲ 20 r/rush

Was watching the GUP tour show that came with the recent box set. When this song came on it reminded of how it was one of my least favorites when the album first came out. I absolutely love the verses. The lyrics, the melody, the music. All of it. But the chorus kills it for me. It feels like they are not in the same league as the verses. Like they were rushed and just fall flat.

As a side note, when they play this song on the blu ray it seems the energy is sucked out of the room. It’s a good song overall. But maybe not a great live song.

Hi. I keep thinking back to the combat systems of Dragon Age Origins and FF12, particularly in how party members were handled. Iirc, for DAOrigins it was a tactics setup where you set “if/then” scenarios. So for example “if hp drops below x, use healing”. And FF12’s gambit system was similar, again iirc as it’s been a while since I’ve played either.

I haven’t seen anything similar in any games that I’ve played since and was wondering why. I remember loving both of these systems. They seemed to make so much sense to me as a way of controlling party members without having to micromanage them during battles.

Anyone know of other rpgs with similar setups?

Thanks!

What’s the difference between these two types of materials. When I equipped Aerith with the auto cast and pray materia she did nothing. Switched to heal and she finally heals party. But pray reads like it’s also for healing.

Hi. Anyone have any tips on fusing and weapons? I haven’t even tried it at around 40 hours in. Since weapons seem to break so often do you lose the fused item along with the weapon when it breaks? Or can it be used again? And are there any items you can fuse to a weapon to make it more durable? Thanks!

Does anyone know what these loud booms are? We heard one the other day. But tonight has been about 5 or 6. It’s odd. Can’t figure out what’s causing them. Thinking it’s maybe related to construction.

My mom may need to go into assisted living soon. She has a monthly income and some savings that should cover it for a while. But eventually we may need to sell her house to help and probably would any way since she wouldn’t be in it. I’m wondering what the best thing would be to do with the proceeds. I’ll talk to my financial advisor of course but wondered if anyone had experience here. If she passes without using most of the money her estate would then go into probate I’m assuming. Appreciate any advice.
