I’m looking for a city builder that is focused on community dynamics. Like maybe a small village where you are the mayor but then you’ve picked your npc residents and given them resources at the start of the game and then have to manage them and keep the city running and expanding over time.
I’ve been playing Ex Novo (paper based) and love it but want more.
Teaching A&P for the first time.
We have no physical models of anything, not even a skeleton. We also have basically no budget.
Which models are the best bang for our buck? The ones that students really get the most out of being able to be hands on with?
I’m looking for some good novels to pair with Antigone and Shakespeare’s Coriolanus. (We are also reading Letter from a Birmingham Jail, Plutarch’s Coriolanus, excerpts from Civil Disobedience, and the Partial Historian’s Coriolanus podcasts).
I don’t want to do a modern retelling and Home Fires, the most recommended pairing is one of these. I’m also a little hesitant about the Hunger Games prequel, so I’m looking for other options.
So, I have a bit of a Cherry Blossom ink obsession at the moment. I’m basically open to any ink called Cherry Blossom ( or a variant of that). I’m good on most of the easy to acquire in the US brands, except for some discontinued things. If you know of a Cherry Blossom ink not listed here and not currently available through like Vanness or Yoseka or something, please let me know!
